Most firms in this trade publish a single build price they have no way of standing behind, then negotiate away from it on the second call. We would rather publish a floor and hold it.
The audit is fixed at £2,750 because its scope is fixed: one core workflow, one week, one set of deliverables. Nothing about your firm changes what that costs us to do.
A build is different. Node count, the number of systems we have to talk to, and how much compliance surface sits around the workflow move the figure materially. £10,000 is where builds start; the audit is what turns that into your number. Quoting it any earlier would mean guessing, and a guess only ever moves one way once the work starts.
- First step
- A free 30-minute consultation. A call, not a deliverable. If there isn't enough drag to justify an audit, we say so on the call.
- Payment
- Audit paid in full up front; work starts on payment. Builds are split 50% on signature, 50% at the go-live gate.
- The audit credit
- The full £2,750 is credited against a build commissioned within 30 days of delivery.
- If we find nothing
- We say so in writing and do not propose a build. You keep the Friction Map and the measurement either way.
- Ownership
- You own 100% of the code, workflows and configuration. No seat licences, no lock-in.
